Software Factory

A machine that turns ideas into shipped features.

Most companies handed their engineers AI tools and waited for results. The tools write code fast. They don’t decide what to build, check that it works, or ship it safely. A software factory is the whole path from idea to release, and we build it with you.

How it runs

  1. Discovery: What’s worth building, in your customers’ words.
  2. Requirements: Written so a person and an AI agent read them the same way.
  3. Design: Architecture and product design decided before the code.
  4. Code: AI writes much of it. Engineers direct it and review all of it.
  5. Test: Automated tests on every change, people on what matters most.
  6. Release: Small, frequent, and easy to roll back.
  7. Feedback: Usage and customer signal flow back into discovery.

Work

A feature or fix, moving from idea to release and back into what you learn.

People + agents

Every stage is worked by both, in whatever mix fits the work.

Product loop

Decides what’s worth building, and learns from what shipped.

Delivery loop

Turns a decision into something ready to build, then ships it safely.

Build loop

Every change is written, tested, and reviewed here, many times a day.

Prepare

Compliance and diligence checks run on every release, not once a year.

Caught

Problems are found inside the build loop and sent back to code before anything ships.

Fixed

Reworked and back in the flow, checked again on the way out.

You own it

  • The code and the product are your IP.
  • The tooling that runs the factory is open source. You can keep using it without us.
  • It’s documented to run without us. You can let us go at any time, and the factory keeps working.

Nobody should build a company on a consultant they can’t leave.

We expect to change how most of the businesses we work with build software, and to stay their partner for years. But needs shift, and being locked in to any vendor, us included, is a liability you shouldn’t accept. A clean separation is designed in from day one, not negotiated at the end.
